DESIGN SOLUTIONS was established in September, 2003 as an outgrowth of VISUAL PHENOMENA FINE ARTS to service our design/build clients efficiently and comprehensively. In association with a great construction and renovations team of sub-contractors and related professional service providers, DESIGN SOLUTIONS is your one-stop primary contractor for architectural design, interior renovation and specialty services for restaurant, night club and retail venues.

Our design studio is located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, less than 10 miles from center city Philadelphia and accessible to every major transportation corridor. From desktop design/publishing to fine art, corporate logo, signage and identification programs, adaptive re-use of existing spaces, 35mm and digital photography, film and video, special events promotions, as well as lighting and sound design/installation services, commercial and residential applications, we offer a one-stop, full service design studio, reasonably priced and competitively positioned.
